1 General Terms

2 Account Registration

To open an account on 867 bet, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account termination at any time.

Each member may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of our rules and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

3 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 18 years old to open an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on 867 bet. We take a firm stance against underage gaming.

867 bet reserves the right to verify any member's age. Failure to pass age verification, or if a member is found to have provided a false age, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

867 bet accepts deposits via mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day
• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — please only make payments from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• 867 bet does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits are calculated in BDT. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted on 867 bet. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering laws.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings or balances from 867 bet, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 867 bet are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• Maximum bet amount: Varies by event and market — limits shown on the betting page apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• 867 bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• In live betting, any bet accepted after the outcome has already been determined due to network delay will be considered void.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

867 bet regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each member may receive the welcome bonus once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirement (typically 10–30x the bonus amount) must be completed first.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 867 bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer, provided this does not interfere with any wagering already in progress.
• A new bonus cannot be added while another bonus offer is still active.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 867 bet's Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating or exploiting bonuses and promotions through fraudulent activity.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

867 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering an account using a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

10 Limitation of Liability
